Activities
- Outreach activities to the Hispanic community by giving presentations on Islam to Catholic Churches, visiting orphans in Tijuana, visiting ill Muslims in the hospital or at home, and welcoming Hispanics with Muslim spouses.
- Transitional support approach by providing individual meetings in order to teach Salat, pronunciation of Arabic, small verses from the Qur'an, and coping with family issues after reverting to Islam.
- Promotion of Spanish Islamic literature, especially the new translation of the Qur'an by Muhammad Assad in the Spanish Language. LALMA has created "Luz del Islam Publishing" to distribute this edition of the Qur'an and other Islamic publications in the Spanish language.
- An introduction to Islam to non-Muslim family or friends is presented on the last Sunday of each month.
