PROGRAM
The program starts after Maghrib on Friday, August 31, 2007 and ends on Monday, September 3, 2007 after
breakfast inshallah, Lunch will also be provided on Monday though. It includes programs for children, youth, sisters and
reports of the growing ICNA activities in the region. ICNA projects like WhyIslam and future coordination will be discussed inshallah.
This Retreat is meant to reinforce our link with the Seerah of the Prophet and develop
brotherhood among those who are working to convey the message of Quran and
Sunnah to humanity in Western United States.
COST
The cost per person above the age of 5 is $110 and $25 for ages below 5. However
for families with 2 or more kids with ages 5 and above, we are
requesting to pay a minimum of:
- $75 per adult family member
- $50 for Ages 5 to 12 and
- $25 for Ages 2 to 5
For people coming from Southern California and Arizona the cost will be only:
- $50 per adult family member
- $30 for Ages 5 to 12 and
- $15 for Ages 2 to 5
For people coming from outside California and Arizona the cost will be highly
subsidized to be only $20 per person Age 5 or older.
If someone cannot afford this or the cost of traveling then please contact us. The cost includes
accommodation, meals, gifts for kids, program material and a lot of brotherhood and sisterhood.
ACCOMMODATION
The registration table will assign you the cabin at the time of arrival. The cabins will be assigned separately for youth, sisters and brothers.
Each Cabin sleeps 9-10 people and come with electricity and heat. However you would need to bring your own beddings. All cabins are located close to the common restrooms. Shower
facilities with hot water are available.
MEALS
The cost includes meals from dinner on August 31st to Lunch on September 3rd. Meals will be prepared with zabiha meat and in American style. Snacks and beverages will be available at no cost.

About Sempervirens Summer Camp
Sempervirens Summer Camp is located at the Sempervirens Preserve in Boulder
Creek, California. The 32 acre site features a large meadow surrounded by mixed
oak, madrone, and redwood forest. Scattered through the trees are 12 cabins, 2
campfire areas, and our Dinning Hall. The site also features an organic
garden, swimming pool, sand volleyball court, high and low level ropes course,
hiking trails,
various camp animals, and a huge meadows for games and sports.
The camp is located next to Big Basin State Park where we can explore the old
growth forest
